The Breast of Canada 2003 calendar is designed to provide current, easy-to-understand breast health and breast cancer prevention information, and highlights the stunning, fine-art, black and white breast photography of Guelph's own Melanie Gillis.
October's photo features a breast cancer survivor and her two daughters. Their modeling experience proved o be profoundly moving and poignant as the daughters placed their hands over their mother's scar and beating heart. Net proceeds from the sale of the 2003 calendar will go to the Canadian Breast Cancer Network.
